What We Found
Moisture had migrated from the cracked toilet into building materials and the ceiling area below. Infrared screening and moisture evaluation were used to identify affected areas and determine the extent of the water damage.
Work Performed
Established containment, performed selective removal of affected ceiling and building materials, evaluated moisture conditions, installed air movers and dehumidification equipment, monitored structural drying, and completed reconstruction after drying was achieved.

Outcome / Next Step
Affected materials were removed, the structure was dried to acceptable conditions, and the damaged areas were reconstructed to return the home to a finished and usable condition.
